Being Grateful.....

Another wonderful day everyone...I hope you all are feeling well. Remember...If you hate your job, imagine yourself without it, if you hate your life, imagine the sadness of never seeing the abundance of beauty there is in the world, if you hate yourself, imagine what you're missing by not allowing yourself to truly laugh or seeing the love in someone's eyes or the smile of a child or the softness of a puppy.

You get the picture....so be happy, Dammit!!! LOL!
Enjoy the weekend everyone...and remember a good time doesn't have to be in a bottle.

Used to chase her morbid past. A girl of ten, who hid the days. In cruel, sarcastic, selfish ways. A chance is there to change, She's seen. Her wishes painted gold and green. Eighteen now, she's lost her mind. And looks for love she cannot find. The daylight clings onto the ledge. As twilight takes the shattered edge. Twenty-six her heart reversed. Seeds of Faith

Many of us lost and confused
Others wonder, "why does she use?"
Out of control in my very own life
Don't care to stop or dare to think twice
Of mistakes that I make and laughs that I fake
Looking at you for what I can take.

Something about them makes me tick
Hmmm-I don't know could I be sick?
"Not me, I'm different!" I heard her say
When deep down inside we all feel the same way.

With so much regret, don't know where to start
Just wish I was able to follow my heart
All in my head, gonna give up this fight
After all...Maybe those 12 steps are right.

Can't be too cool for the knowledge I need
To survive in a world of cruelty and greed
Admit I have problems and understand why
Can't be just me...Do you want to die?

Just know in my heart, it tells me what's true
Left here with faith...Now...It's all I can do.
